This November and December, British Cycling Go-Ride Coach, Kim Meadows, is hosting Rider Development Sessions for U23 riders in Cyclo-Cross at York Sports Village.
Aimed at Under 23 male and female riders (Youth category and upwards) of any ability who are keen to develop their cross skills, the sessions are also a great opportunity to pre-ride the course and become familiar with the venue, before the North of England Championships on 8th December.
These Cyclo-Cross Rider Development Sessions take place on 11, 18, 25 November and 2 December at York Sports Village, from 7.30pm to 9pm and cost £5 per session.
British Cycling’s Go-Ride programme has launched Rider Development Sessions to help bridge the gap between youth and adult riding. The sessions have been developed specifically for both U23s and for groups of women and girls-only.
For further information about the sessions, please view their listing on the British Cycling website.
In addition, a short season of evening mid-week races is also planned at the venue in the very near future.
