HARROGATE EVENT INFO.
Our signing on Gazebo will be positioned just outside the Expo entrance turnstiles. We intend the signing on to be up & running for 9.15am, all entry sheets should be available from the outset. Chips, numbers (where necessary), and wrist bands all sorted here.
10am is turnstile opening time.
Because of this rather late access to the event course, we will have to put all races back half an hour… Under 8 race commencing at 11am.
Parking is on a 1st come basis, early arrival will therefore give prime position parking….. I would suggest driving up to the ‘event centre’ entrance(top of the hill) and parking as near as poss. to the entrance, there should be car parking in this area.
There will not be our usual podium presentations, the Expo has set up a podium within the trade show area…we will be using this twice.
The under 12, 10, & 8 races and the youth race presentation will take place around 12.45pm/1.00 pm….. Hopefully complete for the start of next race at 1.15pm
Our 2nd podium presentation, covering the two adult races, will take place after the final race at around 4.00pm
We have partnered with Cycle Expo Yorkshire to host the Yorkshire Points 5 at the Cycle Expo on Sunday 14th October.
With several category races running in the grounds of the Cycle Expo throughout the day, there will be racing action for all!

THE CYCLO-CROSS IS HELD WITHIN THE CYCLE EXPO GROUNDS. ALL RIDERS PAYING A RACE ENTRY FEE WILL GET TWO WRISTBANDS FOR FREE ACCESS TO THE GROUNDS AND THIS INCLUDES ENTRY TO THE CYCLE EXPO ITSELF.
ALL OTHERS WILL NEED TO PAY £10 FOR ENTRY., £7.50 FOR UNDER 16s
