Entry fees:  (including chip timing in both races): U14 £3, U16 £5,Juniors £7, Senior/Vet £10. Please make sure you bring the correct change. All organisers and helpers are volunteers and it will make the event run a lot smoother if you bring the exact money. Day licence fees will apply to those in the Junior Category and above who do not have a valid British Cycling Race membership.

Race Times/Age Categories: For the Wednesday evening events 7pm for Under 14’s (Born 2003 or later) and 7.30 pm for Over 14’s (Born 2002 or earlier). Age Categories: Over 14, born 2002 or earlier, Under-14 born 2003 or later. Check weekend races individually for timings.

Timings: The Wednesday night events for the Summer Series are 7pm for U14 and 7.30pm for Over 14s

The Series: Six rounds out of eight to count. The WEEKEND EVENTS are stand alone events and do not count to the series.

Pre-Registration
We will again be offering the opportunity to put your details on the signing on sheets in advance: If you raced winter series and your name was on the PRE-PRINTED SIGNING ON sheets then if your details haven’t changed, just email ycca@hotmail.co.uk with your name, club and winter category and we will transfer details on to the Summer SIGNING ON SHEETS.
If your details have changed or you weren’t on the pre-printed sheets (including riders who just rode the last two crosses) then please email the address above with your information separated by commas and NO SPACES as follows:

Please do no email Fred or Mandy direct as we aren’t the ones preparing the sheets and you won’t go on them!
The pre-registration will open now and close on the 19th April 2017. If you don’t pre-register, you can still turn up and enter on the day but you are likely to face a long queue so come early. You continue to use your 2016/17 white winter number and same age category. New numbers will be sold only to those who haven’t raced before for a £1. If you have lost your number, you will be given a replacement for a £1 which will be the same as your winter number.
After the pre-registration date closes, there is no guarantee your details will go onto pre-printed sheets for the next event and you may have to fill in full details each week for the remaining events so it is worth pre-registering!
