Please be aware if you are riding on the road circuit for practice when the roads aren’t closed, the public will be driving round. It is also used as a motor racing circuit so cars and motorbikes often go round at speed.
COMPETITOR PARKING
There is plenty of parking on the event field.
THERE IS A ROAD CLOSURE ON DEEPDALE AVENUE/ JACKSON LANE (OFF FILEY ROAD A165).
On the Friday and Saturday, and Monday onwards – Deepdale access to Jackson Lane is closed so access is via The Mere/Weaponness Lane/Queen Margaret’s Road where there are two bridges with a height restriction of 11’6” on the climbs up to the site. Please note there is also a bridge with an 11’ restriction on the top circuit but this can be avoided by driving round the top circuit via the Oliver’s Mount Cafe.
Please note, on the Sunday the road closure on Deepdale will be lifted under stop Go Boards between 7am and 7pm. Deepdale Avenue will be the only access to the lower field we are using for the car park which will open at 7am and there is a car parking charge per vehicle of £2. Part of this will go to Scarbor-
ough Round Table who are kindly helping on the day. The racing circuit will be closed from 8am until 7pm in the evening with no traffic movement so all cars needing to enter/exit the main event field during the road closure must move their cars into the lower parking field.

If you have a query over your race result, please don’t use Facebook as chip timing aren’t on there. Just email your query to chiptiming@hotmail.co.uk with a copy to ycca@hotmail.co.uk within 48 hours of the results being posted. Chip timing have a copy of the signing on sheet with all rider details.
Remember If you didn’t write your chip number down or didn’t wear it, you won’t get a result.
If you have a query on the series standings, you need to first sort out your race result above then email ycca@hotmail.co.uk as we can only amend standings from the official chiptiming result, again within 48 hours of the standings being posted.
